The MKP Process

From your idea.
To your business.

Building a mobile kitchen shouldn't feel confusing.

At Mobil Kitchen Pro, we organize the project into clear stages so you know what comes next — while our fabrication methods and internal processes remain where they belong: inside MKP.

The MKP Process

  1. 01. Tell us your concept

It starts with what you want to sell.

We learn about your menu, business concept, preferred vehicle or trailer, equipment needs and how you plan to operate.

  2. 02. Plan your kitchen

    The menu drives the layout.

We define the equipment configuration, workspace, refrigeration, sanitation, ventilation and other systems required for the agreed project.

  3. 03. Approve your project

Know what we're building before we build it.

The project scope, equipment and specifications are documented in the applicable proposal/agreement before fabrication moves forward.

  4. 04. We build it

    This part is ours.

Once the project enters fabrication, MKP brings the approved configuration together.

    We protect the process.

  5. 05. Final details

Before it leaves MKP, the details matter.

The agreed systems, equipment, finishes and project items are reviewed as the unit approaches completion.

  6. 06. Your mobile business

    Now it's your turn.

Your completed unit moves into the next stage of the project — permitting/inspection where applicable, branding, launch and operation.

    Build your business.
