Depending on the jurisdiction and the project, the service may include:

A project-specific layout prepared with the dimensions and information required for the applicable review.
Equipment specifications
Applicable manufacturer specification sheets and equipment information organized for the submission package.
Application preparation
We collect the project information needed to prepare the applicable forms and documentation included in your service.
Supporting documents
Additional documentation included in the agreed package based on the applicable requirements.
Package organization
Documents are assembled into an organized plan-review package for submission.

Submission support
The next step depends on how the local authority accepts documents.
Online submission
We prepare.

Where the applicable authority allows electronic submission and the submission is included in the purchased service, MKP can submit the prepared package through the applicable online process.
In-person submission
We prepare.
You deliver.
When the applicable authority requires the applicant/customer to submit documents in person, MKP prepares and organizes the agreed package for the customer to take to the appropriate office.

Services vary according to the project, jurisdiction and purchased service package.
Government filing fees, permit fees, inspection fees, licensing fees and other governmental or third-party charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Regulatory requirements, review timelines, appointments, inspections and approval decisions are controlled by the applicable governmental authority and are not guaranteed by Mobil Kitchen Pro.
Additional revisions or services requested by the regulatory authority that fall outside the originally agreed scope may require additional fees.
